Responsibilities of the Nurse Supervisor include:
• Overseeing nursing units
• Interacting with supervisory disciplines to ensure quality care
• Medication administration
• Documentation
• Overseeing resident care and implementation of schedules

Qualifications for the role include:
• RN/LPN license in NC
• Experience as a Nurse Supervisor (preferable)
• LTC/SNF experience (preferable)
