Treatment Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs under state guidelines.
- Identify suitable patients and refer them to rehabilitation services accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient participation and progress on progress notes, obtaining the co-signature of the OT.
- Ensure Medical Doctor orders are obtained for treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
Qualifications
- A graduate degree from an accredited university in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
- Possession of a current license or registration in the applicable state.
- Preference given to candidates with SNF experience.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, contingent on experience.
