**Job Description**
We are seeking a dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) to join our team. As an SLP, you will provide AAC therapy services in schools to individuals with diverse communication needs. You will collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide AAC therapy services to clients in schools
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Support clients in finding their voice through AAC
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers
**Requirements:**
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in New Jersey
- Experience with AAC and a strong understanding of its role in communication
- A neurodiversity-affirming mindset and commitment to inclusive, client-centered care
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
