Program Details
- Duration: 6-9 months
- Hours: 10-16 hours per week (minimum of 6 hours per shift)
- Pay: $15/hour
- Schedule: Flexible; tailored to fit around your schedule and commitments
- Dress Code: Black scrubs
- Eligibility: Must be actively enrolled in an accredited nursing program or have your RN or NP license
- Assist clinicians during procedures, including prepping rooms, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting patient care.
- Manage patient flow and clinic schedules to ensure punctuality and efficiency.
- Educate patients pre- and post-procedure, in person and over the phone.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as patient check-ins, scheduling, and charting.
- Capture professional-quality patient photos and manage social media content creation.
- Learn equipment care, medical protocols, and aesthetic treatment techniques.
- Conduct phlebotomy and prepare botulinum toxin (after 3 months).
- Observe and shadow various aesthetic procedures and attend trainings as available.
- Hands-on clinical experience in a medspa setting.
- Exposure to advanced aesthetic techniques and protocols.
- Knowledge of medspa business operations.
