SLK is seeking a results-driven Business Development Aesthetic Consultant to expand our client base and establish SLK as the premier destination for non-surgical aesthetic services. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, capable of identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while delivering an exceptional client experience. - Generate and manage new leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
- Represent SLK at industry and promotional events (e.g., Botox parties, pop-ups, marketing activations).
- Develop and execute creative sales and marketing strategies, including influencer collaborations.
- Educate potential clients on SLK’s services, promotions, and premium skincare offerings.
- Close sales by conducting consultations, explaining treatment benefits, and upselling complementary services.
- Track and report sales performance, ensuring targets are consistently met.
- Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community leaders to drive brand awareness.
- Work closely with SLK’s marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback on client preferences, industry trends, and competitor offerings to inform business strategies.
- Assist in organizing and executing client appreciation events, VIP experiences, and exclusive promotions.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of SLK’s product and service offerings to ensure accurate and compelling client consultations.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in aesthetics, luxury services, or wellness industries.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
