Our areas of expertise include aesthetic and medical spa services that span injectables, and skin and body treatments. We are currently searching for a part-time Esthetician for our Franklin, TN location.

Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess patients' skincare needs and goals, providing personalized instructions and educational materials.
- Administer medical aesthetic treatments safely and effectively, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other aesthetic providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Make tangible efforts to grow your patient base as well as make efforts to market and self-promote yourself, the practice, and its services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including treatment procedures, product usage, medication history, and educational materials.
- Create and manage social media content showcasing treatment procedures, results, patient testimonials, and product/service education.
- Adhere to patient communication protocols, monitor equipment, maintain treatment areas per OSHA standards, and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in professional development through educational programs and staff meetings, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Schedule:
- Part-time, at least 18 hours per week
- Monday, Tuesday, and Friday availability is required
- Availability to work rotating Saturday shifts
- High school diploma required.
- Tennessee license as Aesthetician
- 2 years in medical office as aesthetician preferred
- In-depth skin care treatment knowledge; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
