Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic Lead Sales and Patient Experience Consultant to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. This individual will be the face of SLK, blending sales expertise with outstanding customer service to create unforgettable experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities :
Spa Management and Operations :
- Oversee staffing, daily operations, inventory, and payroll to ensure seamless spa management.
- Support the Practice Manager by implementing and executing initiatives at the Chattanooga location.
- Cultivate B2B relationships to drive growth and excellence.
- Uphold health and safety protocols for a pristine environment.
Front Desk Excellence :
Welcome clients warmly and manage smooth check-ins and check-outs.Schedule appointments to optimize clinic efficiency.Handle payments and financing options with professionalism.Respond to inquiries promptly with excellent telephone etiquette.Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.Sales and Patient Engagement :
Conduct consultations to recommend tailored treatments and skincare products.Upsell treatments and create custom packages to meet sales goals.Build long-term relationships with clients, delivering VIP experiences.Represent SLK at events such as Botox parties and community pop-ups.Marketing and Business Development :
Collaborate with marketing to create engaging campaigns.Manage influencer partnerships and grow brand awareness.Foster local community connections for referrals and business growth.Contribute ideas for social media content and campaigns.Customer Service and Quality Assurance :
Provide a luxurious, personalized client experience at every visit.Address and resolve client concerns proactively.Monitor client results and follow up to ensure satisfaction.Maintain high standards of hospitality and care.Operations and Team Collaboration :
Train and mentor staff to uphold SLK’s excellence standards.Partner with clinical staff to align on client preferences and goals.Share insights and ideas during team meetings to enhance operations.Reporting and Data Analysis :
Analyze and present sales metrics to leadership.Manage client data through CRM systems to track lead conversion.Offer feedback on sales strategies and retention efforts.Requirements :
Proven track record in sales, preferably within luxury, beauty, or aesthetics industries.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organizational and time-management skills with acute attention to detail.Proficient in CRM, scheduling, and social media platforms.Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and events.Knowledge of medical aesthetics and a passion for beauty, fashion, and wellness.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Why Join SLK?
