Empower Aesthetics (“Empower”) is seeking a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across our owned marketing channels such as email, SMS, social media, digital content, and more. This role works across all of our portfolio medical aesthetic practices and plays a critical role in nurturing both potential leads and existing customers through their respective customer journeys, and ultimately, achieving the clients’ treatment goals and business goals. This role will be working closely with field marketing coordinators at each of the portfolio brands. The location of this role is in Austin, TX.
Essential Job Functions :
- Develop and execute owned marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing plan and business objectives of lead activation and retention across portfolio brands
- Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing programs and messaging across all owned channels, including social media, website, email marketing, SMS, and general content marketing
- Ensure that the portfolio brand voice, aesthetic, and value proposition are reinforced through design, content, and copy choices
- Assist in managing the adoption and execution of marketing automation tools and technologies to personalize and optimize customer journeys
- Track and analyze campaign performance across all owned channels, measure ROI. Identify successful campaigns as case studies as well as areas for improvement.
- Integrate lifecycle marketing principles into all owned marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention
- Collaborate with field marketing coordinators in content creation and campaign execution, and apply demonstrated knowledge and advice as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in owned marketing and lifecycle marketing
- Represents Empower Aesthetics alongside other stakeholders when onsite at partner practices
- Always maintains honest and ethical conduct while adhering to Empower Aesthetics’ core company values
