DermaTouch RN is seeking an organized, driven, and compassionate Operations Leader to lead the daily operations of our dynamic medical spa. Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily practice operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility upkeep.
  • Communicate organizational goals and directives to staff, ensuring alignment with Empower Aesthetics’ mission.
  • Manage patient scheduling, front desk operations, and customer service initiatives to optimize satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Coordinate follow-up efforts to resolve patient concerns and develop contingency plans for unexpected disruptions.

Financial Oversight

  • Analyze practice dashboards and conduct regular P&L reviews to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to improve lead conversion, patient retention, and revenue generation.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to leadership.
  • People Management

  • Supervise time card submissions, manage overtime and time-off requests, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct team meetings, one-on-one mentorship sessions, and training programs to drive staff development.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard new team members.
  • Foster a positive work environment and organize team-building activities to promote engagement.
  • Marketing & Outreach

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement local campaigns and track progress.
  • Identify and execute local marketing opportunities to enhance practice visibility and reputation.
  • Cultivate partnerships and engage with the community to promote services.
  • Process & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations.
  • Uphold a culture of excellence in patient care and inclusivity, fostering a supportive environment for staff.
  • Requirements :

    Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of management experience in the healthcare / retail space preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with practice management software systems
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Two years’ experience in a beauty enhancement environment such as a med spa, salon with spa, dermatology or plastic surgery office
