Responsibilities Include
- Deliver exceptional customer care by providing a welcoming and professional experience for every client.
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and answer incoming calls promptly.
- Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including booking and rebooking, to optimize provider availability and client satisfaction.
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the workspace is organized and fully prepared for daily operations.
- Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked environment.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze reports to measure goal progress, identify trends, and support business growth.
- Take ownership of lead conversion efforts by engaging potential clients and optimizing the sales funnel.
- Support marketing initiatives by capturing and curating content for social media.
- Lead business-to-business outreach by developing and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses to drive referrals and community engagement.
- Optimize provider schedules to maximize efficiency, minimize gaps, and accommodate client needs effectively.
- Full-time, 38-40 hours per week
- Tuesday - Friday 9:30am - 6pm CST
- Saturdays 9:30am - 3pm CST

- 2 Years of administrative experience, preferably in a beauty enhancement environment (ie: Medspa, salon with spa, Dermatology or Plastic Surgery office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Willingness to learn
