Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and behaviors.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, focusing on enhancing patient care and outcomes.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient assessment and care.
- Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families regarding behavior management techniques.
- Stay current with medical terminology and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
- Advocate for clients by working closely with families, schools, and community resources to promote understanding of working with individuals with autism and other disabilities.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation methods and patient assessment techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical records management and medical documentation practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and professionals.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client behavior effectively.
