Empower Brands is seeking a Brand President to lead franchisee support for Outdoor Lighting Perspectives franchise system. This position must have a strong background in leading a franchise organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in strategic planning and vision to the organization, as well as align company objectives with Empower Brands' overall strategic goals.
- Provide overall direction and guidance in the operational activities of the franchise system with the objective of providing proactive training and assistance to franchisees in the pursuit of maximizing unit growth and profitability.
- Help drive growth of the businesses and ensure appropriate talent, metrics and strategy are in place to support that growth.
- Monitoring financial activities as well as ensuring EBITDA goals are met on a monthly and annual basis.
- Oversee and support new franchisee training, targeted regional training and annual conventions.
- Develop talent within the organization to help sustain business growth and franchisee support.
- Drive the onboarding of new franchisees and ensure ongoing reinforcement is provided to every franchisee as needed.
- Work closely with the Marketing department to create and implement new marketing and lead generation initiatives driving increased lead flow and revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees to ensure their success with Outdoor Lighting Perspectives
- Oversee departmental leaders to make certain company goals and objectives are being met.
- Have a strong knowledge of the franchising and home services industries to ensure the business model is best suited and evolves as needed.
- Continually confirm the brand is adhering to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain OLP's legal and business ethics.
- Foster a culture that promotes high ethical standards and respect of all internal and external customers.
