Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader seeking an experienced full time Experienced Powder Coat Technician for immediate hire. This position is responsible for preparing metal railing by cleaning, masking, and sometimes sanding them, then applying a dry powder coating using specialized spray guns, ensuring even coverage and quality, followed by curing the coating in an oven, all while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.
This is an in shop position and the hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30 pm. Wage is commensurate with experience, but starts at $20/hr. Full benefits, including health insurance and 401k, are offered. **Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening.
