Overview :
The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to support the growth and success of Jan-PRO Systems International. This position is responsible for overseeing integrated marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, franchise support, and brand awareness across B2B audiences. Additionally, this role will play a key part in planning and coordinating major company events, in collaboration with other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this role balances strategy with execution, is a strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and detail-oriented planner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Execute on the brand's positioning, messaging, and market presence to enhance awareness and competitive differentiation.
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing plans, including digital, traditional, and omni-channel campaigns for national deployment and local market adoption.
