Job Summary
Koala Insulation is seeking an experienced Spray Foam Support Technician/Trainer to join our HQ team in Melbourne, FL. This position is remote and responsible for providing spray foam, technical, and operations support for our franchise locations. The successful candidate will have considerable experience with installing and troubleshooting spray foam insulation, as well as blown-in insulation equipment. They will also be responsible for identifying and correcting spray foam equipment issues. The position requires up to 50% travel to franchisee sites to provide support and training in spray foam installation and troubleshooting.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Adhere to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws.
- Install and troubleshoot spray foam insulation and operate insulation equipment, company vehicles, and rigs.
- Diagnose and resolve spray foam and blown-in insulation issues, rebuild spray foam guns, and perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on related insulation equipment.
- Travel up to 50% to franchisee sites to provide support and training in spray foam installation and troubleshooting. Conduct training in a classroom setting and utilize PowerPoint to deliver training materials.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years of Spray Foam Installer experience required.
- Knowledge of PMC (Polyurethane Machinery Corporation) Equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of working on Graco T3 transfer pumps, Graco Fusion PC spray guns.
- Knowledge of working on PMC AP2 and Xtreme spray guns.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
- Working environment may be subject to hot temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
