SUMMARY
First contact speaking directly to potential clients and their loved ones to determine what services they would qualify for. Walking them through the process by verifying insurance benefits and collecting pertinent information. Making follow-up calls to potential clients and their loved ones to push them forward through the qualifying process. Beginning to present treatment options and going over clinical modalities with clients and their families.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Initiate calls from various lead sources to generate leads/admissions.
- Have a full understanding of the 2-step process and how to navigate first time calls appropriately to get the information needed (including navigating Competitor Calls, Outpatient Calls, Drug/Alcohol Eval Calls, DUI, Suboxone, etc.).
- Documentation of all communications on each lead/platform
- Utilizing the appropriate CRM for all potential clients and accurately collect all face sheet information.
- Add proper notes for every IB and OB call/text. Including what happened, what was discussed specifically, and what needs to happen next.
- Maintaining minimum of 50 outbound calls each day (assigned leads, LTFU, hang ups, etc).
- Understanding the refer out process and appropriately filling out all needed information prior to referring out.
- Utilizing appropriate communication channels for all connections throughout work shift.
- Understanding and maintaining weekly metric numbers.
- Establish a firm understanding on how the Admissions Department operates, and what each of our processes looks like.
- Have a full understanding of the travel process. Assisting with clients who are traveling, and an understanding of the process of booking clients (including use of Egencia, proper documentation, and proper communication with both management and with clients and their families.
- Starting to learn and understand basic insurance knowledge, including deductible, out of pocket and coinsurance, and how to identify HMO/PPO plans.
- Obtain a firm understanding of all Empower Health Group Facilities including locations, and what each program offer, how they differ (as well as a general understanding of any contracted locations.
- Beginning to present treatment options to any appropriate leads that may fit your strengths, as instructed by the management team.
- Taking time to listen to pitches and begin to get an understanding of pitch structure and how to navigate these conversations.
- Beginning to learn how to overcome objections, basic rebuttals, gaining valuable information to utilize during the pitch. Learning and working with a senior representative on conversational dynamics.
- Beginning to learn the appropriate way to have conversations regarding finances, collecting deductibles and being able to explain insurances, getting clients to purchase their own travel, and explaining prom notes.
- If applicable may assist and perform in other areas such as travel, alumni and BD.
Hours: 11AM - 7PM
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred, bachelor's preferred
- 1 year admissions experience preferred
- Knowledge of substance abuse and recovery
