We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinician/Therapist to join our dedicated team in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support and counseling to individuals suffering from substance use disorders and mental health issues. Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Provide specialized and individualized care.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clients with developmental disabilities, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with clinical policies.
• Facilitate support groups addressing relevant topics within the community.
• Stay updated on best practices and follow trends of mental health to enhance therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum of Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required. 
• CPR/AED/First Aid within 30 days upon employment.
• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders or mental health is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and grief counseling methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective documentation and collaboration.
