Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through warm calling, account management, and business development. This role requires a strong ability to analyze market trends, communicate effectively with clients, and negotiate favorable terms. Duties
- Develops a marketing plan, identifying priorities and a reasonable timetable.
- Implements marketing plan staying within established timetable.
- Reviews and evaluates the marketing plan on an ongoing basis.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in account management strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on progress towards goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients and referral sources to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and enhance product visibility in the market.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- One year experience in sales required; experience in a healthcare related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical sales environment.
- Strong skills in warm calling, analyzing data, and developing strategic business plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
