Empower LGA, Inc. is a multi-service non-profit located in Canton, MA. Our Adult Services program seeks experienced Aides and Caregivers.
Positions require some hands on care and some activity direction.
$19.57/hour.
The right candidate will be enthusiastic about entering client homes and performing activities of daily living, organizing and going day trips, providing personal care and making connections with program staff and clients. Empower LGA provides in-home companion and aide services across all of Southeastern Massachusetts to clients living in their own homes. We offer a strong benefits package to those work 30 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Experience in a previous caregiver role is a plus but not necessary.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Drivers license preferred.
**Employees who work 8 hours/week are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus upon hire and an additional $1500 at the completion of 6 months of employment**
