We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18 - $20, depending on experience!

Hours:
- 40 hours per week, Monday - Thursday
- Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 4:30pm
- Friday: As needed
- Weekend OT is sometimes available, but never mandatory!

What You'll Do:
- Build custom wooden crates (2x4s and plywood) to safely ship our precision-manufactured parts
- Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments
- Label parts using a laser marker and accurately record shipment weights
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack
- Route materials to the appropriate production departments
- Keep the area clean, organized, and in line with safety standards
- Report any defective materials or equipment issues to the Production Supervisor
- Deliver and pick up materials locally using a company vehicle
- Support internal material handling: receiving, stocking, picking, and staging
- Use software (JobBoss) to track jobs and inventory
- Handle general warehouse and shipping/receiving responsibilities
What You Bring to the Table:
- Comfortable operating saws, nail guns, drills, and other powered tools
- Forklift and hoist experience preferred (we'll help you get certified)
- Strong tape measure and basic math skills
- Ability to understand work instructions and shipping paperwork
- Physically able to lift 30 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and use your hands throughout the day
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to see up close and have accurate depth perception
- Ability to manage time and anticipate orders coming through final inspection
- Experience with manufacturing software (JobBoss or similar) is a plus
