- Drive sales through excellent customer interaction and demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge of car key systems.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of production, inventory, and client transactions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Engage directly with customers, providing top-notch service and detailed explanations about our products, their maintenance, and functionality.
- Attend and actively participate in training and development sessions, aiming for continual improvement and upgrading of skills.
- Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and contribute to a safe working environment by keeping the work space clean and organized.
- Address and troubleshoot car key issues, implementing effective solutions swiftly to minimize customer inconvenience.
