Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and scheduling of staff, ensuring optimal shift coverage.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to establish and execute strategic business plans.
- Participate in sales forecasting and budgeting to achieve corporate objectives.
- Engage in comprehensive training programs designed to enhance leadership capabilities and industry knowledge.
- Conduct regular reviews of business operations to recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Programming keys, re-keying, and cutting keys to code as required.
- Creating automotive keys and programming transponders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a company vehicle, including conducting regular audits and keeping accurate logs of sales and services.
- Manage on-site inventory effectively to prevent stock shortages and excesses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns promptly to maintain high service quality.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions to ensure data accuracy and privacy.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
- Proven customer service and sales experience, preferably in the retail or related sector.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work unsupervised in dynamic environments.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capability to multitask effectively.
- Physical ability to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, and enter or exit other vehicles as needed.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using modern technology tools for inventory management, scheduling, and data recording.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with team members and clients.
