Role Summary & Impact :

Empower provides advanced analytics, digital analytics, data solutions, and relationship marketing services to brands across a wide range of verticals.

We’re searching for a Data Analyst who shares our passion for data, learning, and continuous improvement. Like all team members, this person must be curious, detail-oriented, hardworking, and a problem-solver. Empower requires a balance between following established processes and thinking creatively.

Data Analysts in our Data and Technology discipline help organize, process, and analyze data for clients, enabling better, faster decision-making. Working with structured data environments and data visualization tools is a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data analytics tools, visualization platforms, and a foundational understanding of data pipelines and reporting.

Responsibilities :

  • Clean and organize large data sets for use in analyses and reporting
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights to cross-discipline stakeholders
  • Assist in investigating discrepancies across multiple data sources
  • Collaborate with teams to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data
  • Support data environment and visualization requirements gathering
  • Maintain databases and documentation for data analysis processes
  • Perform ad hoc quantitative analyses to answer business questions
  • Present findings and insights in a clear and actionable manner to internal stakeholders

Requirements :

  • Undergraduate degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related quantitative field
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in data analytics or a related field
  • Experience with at least one data analytics tool (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics techniques (e.g., A / B testing, segmentation)
  • Collaborate on Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure data is efficiently integrated and prepared for analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication skills to present findings effectively
