We’re searching for a Senior Data Analyst who shares our passion for data, learning, and continuous improvement. This person must be curious, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver, capable of balancing structured processes with innovative thinking.
As a key member of the Data and Technology team, the Senior Data Analyst will play a critical role in organizing, processing, and analyzing data for clients—enabling better, faster decision-making. Hands-on experience with advanced statistical analyses, model development, and data visualization tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently design and execute analyses using statistical techniques such as regression, ANOVA, and MANOVA
- Build and run models rather than just interpreting outputs
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or Alteryx to provide insights across teams
- Work with structured data environments and collaborate on ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns within large datasets
- Support data visualization requirements gathering and maintain documentation for data processes
- Perform ad hoc quantitative analyses to solve business challenges
- Present findings and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure accuracy across multiple sources
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in R or Python for statistical analysis and modeling
- Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or other data visualization tools (dashboard creation required)
- Hands-on experience with higher-level statistical analyses, including regression, ANOVA, and MANOVA
- Expertise in data manipulation and ETL processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
