Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities and close sales within the healthcare sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Take on leadership roles as you grow within the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience – at least 2-3 years in a sales role, ideally within healthcare, B2B, or related industries.
- Strong Communication Skills – ability to build rapport, close deals, and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven – you have a passion for exceeding goals and driving success.
- Team Player with Leadership Potential – ability to collaborate and also take charge as the business grows.
- Industry Knowledge (preferred but not required) – familiarity with healthcare services and solutions is a plus.
