Experienced Salesperson Wanted – Healthcare Services

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities and close sales within the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Take on leadership roles as you grow within the company.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience – at least 2-3 years in a sales role, ideally within healthcare, B2B, or related industries.
  • Strong Communication Skills – ability to build rapport, close deals, and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven – you have a passion for exceeding goals and driving success.
  • Team Player with Leadership Potential – ability to collaborate and also take charge as the business grows.
  • Industry Knowledge (preferred but not required) – familiarity with healthcare services and solutions is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Benefits: Health insurance, Paid time off

Supplemental Pay: Commission pay

Work Location: In person/ hybrid
