Position Summary

As the Recruiting Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. Your strategic initiatives will not only promote the Empower brand but also create a robust pipeline of future leaders through comprehensive internship, externship, and co-op programs. By continuously evaluating and improving our recruitment processes, tools, and experiences, you will ensure we remain at the forefront of industry standards.
This role also involves coordinating participation in recruiting events and career fairs, measuring and monitoring Talent Acquisition metrics, and managing vendor relationships. Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and executes comprehensive university/college relations strategies and early career programs.
- Leads efforts to enhance the organizational bench strength and retention of key talent.
- Promotes the Empower Pharmacy brand within selected educational institutions and builds and maintains relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Coordinates participation in recruiting events and career fairs, creates a robust internship, externship and co-op program, and develops and maintains relationships with career service representatives, student groups, and faculty stakeholders.
- Creates and executes both short-term and long-term strategies and programs to optimize and operationalize an effective, scalable, and differentiated approach to university and early career hiring, including full-time and intern positions.
- Continuously evaluates opportunities to improve quality, process, tools, and experience across the department and development portfolio.
- Maintains data integrity for best reporting through our talent system as the source of truth and insights that help shape strategies and processes.
- Measures and monitors TA KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Manages vendor relationships, service, and project delivery based on established service level agreements and performance metrics and continually reviews and manages vendor performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or similar field (psychology, organizational development) from an accredited four-year college is required.
- Master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or similar field (psychology, organizational development) is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Early Talent/Campus Recruiting in a talent acquisition environment required.
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred.
