Position Summary
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Empower, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional service and innovative medications. This position is at the forefront of our sales team, establishing a solid foundation of trust and rapport with our valued customers, and ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of excellence.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing inbound leads, ensuring that each potential opportunity is fully explored and qualified. Your ability to handle and address sales objections with finesse, coupled with a deep understanding of our products and services, will be key to your success. By maintaining a 24-hour turnaround time on all new inbound leads and developing a strategic weekly call plan, you will ensure that no opportunity goes untapped.
Your day-to-day activities will involve executing discovery conversations, scheduling meetings for our inside and field clinical liaisons, and meticulously following our cadence structure for all communications. This will include managing calls, emails, and texts, updating lead statuses, and triggering marketing and nurturing campaigns. Your proactive approach will also involve growing existing house accounts to meet revenue goals and staying updated on new products and regulatory changes.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifies all opportunities from all Marketing Qualified Lead with a goal to fully qualify, and schedule meetings for all inside and field clinical liaisons.
- Interacts with customers and establishes a strong and supportive foundation of trust and business rapport with Empower Pharmacy.
- Handles and addresses sales objections.
- Fully qualifies new accounts from inbound webforms, calls, and cases. Executes discovery conversations with the goal of identifying all services and full potential of a sales opportunity.
- Maintains a 24-hour turnaround time on contacting all new inbound leads.
- Develops a weekly call plan and effective, time management tactics that consist of dedicated time slots to address all inbound calls in the inbound call queue and execute on all outbound calls to incoming webform leads, and cases while maintain the inbound cadence structure.
- Ensures that all cadence touch points (calls, emails, and text) are executed on-time and with the inbound cadence structure for each inbound lead (webforms, inbound calls, and cases.)
- Updates all lead statuses in accordance with cadence structure that triggers marketing, nurturing campaigns.
- Grows existing house accounts to meet established revenue goals through regular outreach and planned product campaigns.
- Maintains detailed product and compounding knowledge.
- Remains updated on new product and regulatory changes.
- Follows all sales processes to ensure effective Sales Operations.
- Participates in all SDR training and meetings based on product knowledge, development opportunities, review team metrics and sales/process changes.
- Meets established key performance indicators related to calls, scheduled meetings, and response time to leads to ensure alignment with all Sales objections and financial goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of related experience required.
- Salesforce experience and experience in Salesforce reporting, preferred.
