Position Summary
The Salesforce Product Manager position at Empower is essential to optimizing our sales, marketing, and customer experience operations. Your role will be pivotal in aligning the platform’s functionalities with our strategic objectives, ensuring that our teams can efficiently serve our clients and stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees the day-to-day management of Salesforce, ensuring it meets the needs of Sales, Marketing, and CX teams.
- Aligns Salesforce functionalities with the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Takes ownership of product and pricing information within Salesforce, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and consistently maintained.
- Leads and manages Salesforce-related projects, including implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
- Regularly reviews and audits product and pricing data to identify and correct inaccuracies, preventing discrepancies that can lead to operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborates with IT, Sales, Marketing, and CX teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Salesforce.
- Ensures the accuracy and integrity of data within Salesforce, overseeing data validation and maintenance processes.
- Provides training and support to users across the organization, ensuring proficiency in using Salesforce.
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Liaises with Salesforce and other third-party vendors to manage contracts, service agreements, and support issues.

Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, customization, and integration. Salesforce certification is a plus.

- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
