As an Operational Implementation Project Manager at Empower, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic implementation of new programs, services, and products that resonate with our core values of people, quality, service, and innovation. Your daily responsibilities will involve organizing and overseeing the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring that all initiatives meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

As the Operational Implementation Project Manager, you will conduct comprehensive data analyses to identify areas for operational improvement, using both quantitative and qualitative data. Your strategic recommendations will drive efficiencies and enhance operational performance across all channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, understand process and data flows, and develop detailed project plans with clearly defined deliverables. • Organizes and is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of new programs, services, or products that align with the organization's mission, values, and value proposition.
• Conducts comprehensive data analysis to identify areas for operational improvement, using both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Develops strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive efficiencies and improve operational performance across all channels.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements for systems and processes, understand process flows and dataflows, develop project plans, and define project deliverables.
• Develops and executes project plans, ensuring that all project milestones are met within the defined timelines and budget.
• Provides guidance and support to project team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the implementation process.
• Monitors and evaluates the success of implemented programs, services, or products, using data-driven metrics and key performance indicators.
• Continuously analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in operational processes and systems.
• Identifies and mitigates potential risks and issues that may arise during the implementation process, using data-driven insights.
• Develops and delivers training programs and materials to ensure the successful adoption of new processes or systems, incorporating data analysis techniques.
• Collaborates with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for the implementation of new initiatives.
• Stays updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in operational efficiency and data analysis to drive innovation within the organization.
• Uses data visualization tools to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Fosters a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, data analytics, or a related field required. Master's degree is preferred.
