Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with a strong background in .NET and Angular to help us build and maintain scalable, efficient software solutions. You will work on both backend and frontend development, leveraging cloud platforms to deliver high-quality solutions. Structured Query Language (SQL) and relational databases are integral to our projects, and the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-department subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure seamless integration and support for our pharmacy and clinic-facing products.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains robust scalable applications utilizing both backend (.NET/C#) and frontend (Angular) technologies to meet business needs and ensure high performance across Empower Pharmacy's systems.
• Designs and optimizes relational databases using Structured Query Language (SQL) to ensure seamless, efficient data storage, retrieval, and integration that will support business operations and will improve the quality of data management.
• Implements cloud-based solutions on platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure to enhance system scalability, availability, and security, ensuring our technology infrastructure meets evolving business demands.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including SMEs, to gather detailed requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure effective integration of systems that enhance the pharmacy’s clinical and operational capabilities.
• Oversees the maintenance and support of the pharmacy's Application Programming Interface (API) for clinic integrations, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth and accurate data flow between internal and external systems to maintain operational efficiency.

Knowledge And Skills

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals; a background in the healthcare industry, particularly pharmacy knowledge, is preferred, with familiarity in Salesforce as an added advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET framework, Angular, SQL, relational and NoSQL database management systems, Python for scripting, Docker for containerized development, Power Automate for workflow automation, API integrations, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Experience And Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development, with strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies (e.g., .NET, C#, Angular) and a proven track record in delivering high-quality, scalable applications in an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field preferred.
