The Vice President, Capital Formation/Investor Relations plays a critical role in managing and enhancing the company's relationships with investors and stakeholders. Reporting to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, this position is responsible for developing and executing a strategic investor relations program that supports the company’s financial goals and strengthens its reputation in the capital markets. This role acts as the primary contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other key financial audiences, ensuring consistent and transparent communication aligned with corporate strategies.

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders to effectively communicate the company’s strategy, financial performance, and outlook.
• Leads the creation of key communication materials, including investor presentations, press releases, earnings call scripts, and annual reports, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and financial disclosures.
• Monitors and analyzes market trends, investor feedback, and competitive positioning to provide insights to the executive leadership team and support strategic decision-making.
• Plans and executes investor-related events such as earnings calls, shareholder meetings, roadshows, and participation in industry conferences to enhance the company’s visibility and credibility.
• Ensures compliance with securities laws and regulations, including timely and accurate financial disclosures and adherence to corporate governance standards.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets. Proficiency in financial reporting tools and platforms, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required; Master of Business Administration or Chartered Financial Analyst designation is strongly preferred.

• Certified Public Accountant License preferred.
