What We're Looking For

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership and operational skills to develop team members for future roles
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maximize efficiency
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient in teaching EMR software systems
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Adherence to Comprehensive Compliance Plan (CCP) covering Business & Clinical Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, HIPAA, Human Resources, Code of Conduct, and all related policies, procedures, and educational requirements
  
  

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
• Current state Physical Therapist license
• Three to five years of clinical experience, with a passion for healthcare leadership and small business development
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  
  

What you will be doing:

• Skillfully lead all clinical personnel including interviewing, hiring, orienting, performance evaluating, promoting, counseling and discharge process’
• Help support the Front Office Coordinator with scheduling, over-the-counter collections and customer service duties and Tech support staff in the same.
• Clinic Director to ensure appropriate provider and staff hours relative to clinic volume(s) including paid time off requests/approvals, internal and external staff coverage and last minute “call-offs” contingency planning.
  
  

Work Environment

• Requires manual dexterity and general physical endurance
• Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs)
• Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs
