Role : Business Data Analyst
Locations: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or candidates from Nearby states only.
Job Description:
- Work closely with the development team and business partners to understand and document requirements
- Support User Acceptance testing and result validation
- Provide analysis, evaluate problems, and propose feasible solutions to meet objectives
- Research and resolve quality issues and defects
- Map data and data attributes to meet requirements and objectives
- Act as a bridge between developers and business partners
- Create and update required documentation
- Manage and mentor a small team
Experience and Skills:
- 8 years of experience in business/data analysis and related fields
- Proficient in PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams
- Experience with user acceptance testing and result validation
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Knowledge of data mapping and data pipelines
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
