IICS Administration Job Description
- Installation and Configuration IICS Secure Agent servers
- Administer and maintain Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) environment
- Plan and execute system upgrades and patches
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Informatica IICS
- Configure, monitor, and optimize ETL processes
- Work experience with Informatica Vendor for Bug fixes, License issues and on-going Administration issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data integration requirements
- Implement best practices for data integration and ETL processes
- Document configurations, processes, and changes in the system
- Provide training and support to users and team members
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Knowledge of cloud computing environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Informatica Administrator or similar role, with strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL), scripting, and cloud technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, both oral and written.
- Certifications: Informatica certifications (e.g., Informatica Certified Professional) are a plus.
