Project Coordinator with SAP Background

Role: PMO/Coordinator with SAP Background

Locations: Atlanta GA (Fully onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description:

• SAP Engagement Leadership Minimum 3-5 years in project management or coordination, with specific experience in SAP projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in establishing and maintaining project management best practices, templates, and reporting standards. Develop and manage project schedules, documentation, and reporting for the SAP project.
• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP project activities. Coordinate daily project operations, align tasks with the project plan, and ensure that key milestones and deliverables are met.
• Engage and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, consultants, developers, and business users. Facilitate regular status meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, action items, and risk/issue logs. Track progress and provide regular updates to the project leadership.
• Assist with change management activities, including communication planning and training support, to ensure smooth transitions for SAP users and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of SAP modules, project lifecycles, and SAP implementation methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively address and resolve issues.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
