THIS IS A TRAVEL SALES POSITION. YOU WILL BE TRAVELING 75% OF THE YEAR. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE IN ANY PARTICULAR CITY OR STATE, BUT MUST BE NEAR AN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Leasing Specialist shall devote their best efforts and substantially all their business time and attention to the business of the Company. Your primary focus will be to get leases. Your secondary focus is to improve operational efficiency in a targeted area, such as customer engagement or online marketing. You must follow Empower’s way of leasing to secure as many leases as possible on each assignment. You will lead the onsite team in securing renewals, new leases, creating, promoting and monitoring outreach marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating and Handling Traffic
- Handling phone calls and onsite traffic
- Following Up with Prospects
- Qualifying Prospects
- Conducting Tours
- Securing Leases
- Facilitating on-site staff training
- Preparing lease documents
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and the comps in the market
- Achieve and exceed occupancy and prelease goals
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
QUALIFICATION
- Excellent communication skills demonstrating verbal and written expression, active listening and ability to maintain interpersonal relationships
- Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of sales approaches
- Prioritization and organization of time and customers
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours
- Multi-family or student housing experience
- Must have passion for sales
- Confidence, creativity and organizational skills
- A can-do attitude with the tenacity to get the job done, no matter what
- Must be proficient in social networking: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Salary : $30,000 - $75,000
