Job Posting Description

As a Program Management Director, you will be responsible for the oversight and execution of multiple large complex projects & programs. You'll initiate, plan, and drive initiatives from concept to actionable execution plans to achieve organizational goals. The Director is responsible for overall outcome and success of business critical operational and transformation goals.

What you will do :

Drive and influence large complex programs consisting of interrelated projects & activities to execute & achieve company goals and strategic visions
Work directly with Executive Sponsors and Business Leads to define program scope, key performance indicators, timeline and budget
Lead large cross-functional teams to drive complex projects and programs focused on technology, product and strategic initiatives across the organization
Oversee and manage the program plan / schedule, integrated roadmap, including the sequencing or projects and inter-dependencies within the program
Negotiate and secure resources across all business & technology areas
Accurate and timely reporting of road map, status and accomplishments
Appropriately manage the program issues / risks, clears roadblocks, first point of escalation for project managers
Ensure all stakeholders, business leads, executive sponsors and governing bodies areinformed and escalate appropriately
Build collaborative partnerships with Product, Technology, and other areas of our business as we evolve our capabilities and processes
Provides day to day support to project managers (clarifies priorities, provides guidance on decisions, assists in securing resources if not available

What you will bring :

Bachelor's Degree required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required

PMP Certification - PMI Institute required

10 years' work experience in program & project management demonstrating a track record of excellent program management

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills required

Proven experience with SAP upgrade (S4 Hana) and Finance transformation initiatives

Outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts, along with change management and cross functional team leadership

Proven experience in developing and deliveringreports / presentationsto senior management outlining objectives, benefits, status, issues, decision and recommendations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Six Sigmatraining / certificationpreferred

Change Management training / certification preferred

PgMP - Program Management training / certification a plus

Resourceful and creative in approach to research and problem-solving

Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and focus group facilitation skills a plus

Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision

Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, MS Project (or similar project management software), and Visio

Proven ability to balance multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines with conflicting priorities

Base Salary Range

123,000.00 - $178,350.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
