As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. You'll play a crucial role in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment, and ongoing support.
What you will do :
Design, solution, code, troubleshoot, resolve, and test software features and components in an Agile environment as part of a Full Stack team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine software requirements
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards
Contribute to architectural decisions and design discussions
Participate in on-call rotation
What you will bring :
4 years of experience in full stack development in Java / J2EE, Design Patterns, and open-Source frameworks
Experience with API development (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, RESTful APIs)
Solid experience with relational databases and PL / SQL
Experience with Git, Git Lab
Experience in a UNIX / Linux environment
Exposure to production support using a job scheduler
Experience with Agile principles
Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and / or training required
What will set you apart :
Experience working in the financial or retirement sector
Experience with UI development (React, Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS3)
Experience with AWS, including Lambda, EC2, ECS, Cloud Formation, S3, etc
Experience with build / deploy via Jenkins pipelines and application servers such as WebLogic and Tomcat
Experience with XML, EJB, CORBA, JDBC, REST, SOAP
A background in retirement services or financial industries

Base Salary Range
103,600.00 - $146,350.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
