Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues or trends.

Skills

• Proficient in cash handling with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience in client services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with office environments and call center operations preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Sales experience is advantageous but not required.
