Test Engineering Manager (San Jose, CA)
Empower Semiconductor has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Test Engineering leader to grow our test team based in our San Jose R&D headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and managing best-in-class processes and workflows for design verification, qualification and test of high-performance mixed signal IC’s based on cutting edge semiconductor technologies.
Core Responsibilities / Essential Functions :
- Define, develop and manage best in class test processes for our mixed signal IC’s. From IC characterization, design verification and qualification, through to functional test for high volume manufacturing at OSAT facilities.
- Document and update design flow / process for all test activities, support ISO and other industry / customer audits
- Manage a team of test development engineers, plan resources and priorities with the development and project managers.
- Work with an extensive landscape of OSATs and external test equipment vendors to provide the most effective test solutions.
