Empower Summer Camp and After School Program is expanding and we are now accepting resumes for our part-time customer care position! This position includes:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Making outbound phone calls
- Responding to emails
- Responding to social media messages
- Creating and updating customer accounts
- Modifying documents on Word and Excel or Google Drive
- Light Cleaning Duties
- Attending weekly team training
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old or older - Must be drug and tobacco free - Must have personal transportation - Must have a positive attitude - Must be coachable and willing to learn new skills - Must have a desire to serve customers at the highest level with respect and enthusiasm!
Hours are: Monday-Friday, 3pm-6:30pm. This is a year-round position and there is plenty of room for growth within our company!
