We’re currently seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist with a strong interest in sports and orthopedics to join our growing team at our Rehoboth Beach and Ocean Pines locations. We’re looking for someone who shares our values and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while also committing to ongoing learning and professional development.

As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, from athletes such as golfers, cross fitters and runners to active adults, and develop a wide range of skills. You’ll have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities, as well as the latest technology and equipment including our state of the art fitness equipment, BFR cuffs, and golf simulator.

We want someone who is outgoing, loves working with active individuals, enjoys diagnosing direct access patients, and is passionate about optimizing patients’ results so they can live better lives.

You should be comfortable working independently and making decisions on your own but also enjoy collaborating with your peers and problem-solving complex cases.

Position Requirements

• A full-time licensed physical therapist in Maryland & Delaware committed to empowering patients to reach their full potential.
• This position will be treating a wide variety of active individuals and athletes. Must be comfortable working with differential diagnosis and have a strong strength/conditioning background.
• Excellent communication & engagement skills, and a motivator for your client
• Ability to work well with clients and peers
• Thrive on innovation – always looking for the next best thing to help your patients
• Passionate about being a performance PT

Empower U is a cash based private pay physical therapy clinic.

Treatments are all 60min long and 1-on-1 with the patient.

Candidate must be proficient and comfortable with an active population as we primarily treat athletes and active adults (runners, high school athletes, tennis, golfers, barbell, Crossfit athletes, etc)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
