Qualifications
7 years of hands-on experience in UI design, with a strong focus on digital products and platforms with a strong knowledge of interaction design, user-centered design principles, and usability best practices
A compelling portfolio that highlights your mastery of Figma and demonstrates a deep understanding of design principles
Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, leveraging Figma's collaborative features to enhance the design workflow
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and provide rationale effectively
Proven experience in fintech web / mobile design
Familiarity with prototyping tools, motion design, and other complementary design software
Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality UI designs within tight deadlines using Figma
For remote and hybrid positions you will be required to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to work with limited disruption
You must have reliable connectivity from an internet service provider that is fiber, cable or DSL internet
Other necessary computer equipment, will be provided
Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in crafting visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for our digital products
Lead the design and implementation of visually captivating and user-friendly interfaces using Figma for our digital products across various platforms
Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to seamlessly translate wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity UI designs within the Figma environment
Champion the establishment and maintenance of design systems in Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency across all design projects
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, applying this knowledge to continually enhance the user interface, all while showcasing the capabilities of Figma
Conduct design reviews, provide insightful feedback, and mentor junior UI designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture
