Join our first impressions team as a core market implementation consultant. Our core market consists of corporate 401(k) clients with $0-$50 million in assets. In this role, you will leverage your 401(k) knowledge, effective project management and communication skills to onboard new clients. You will work with, on average, 15 - 17 new clients at a time, with the implementation process averaging around 90 days. The number of new clients is subject to increases in Q4 and Q1 of every year.
What you will do
Oversee all facets of the new client implementation of 401(k) plans onto Empower's recordkeeping platform
Facilitate weekly conference calls on assigned sales, and consult with various client contacts and internal departments regarding project management items
Educate clients about our service agreements and product features
Proactively anticipate client needs
Maintain established internal deadlines and timelines
Ensure a seamless handoff to the ongoing, internal client service team
Produce quality work on assigned sales through various quality assurance measures
Minimize market risks and gain / loss situations by leveraging existing procedures
Input recordkeeping setup of new plans in EASY (Empower Administrative System)

What will set you apart
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Previous experience in project management and / or new client implementation
Proficient knowledge of IRS / DOL reporting
Proficient knowledge of regulatory compliance and plan documents

Base Salary Range
63,100.00 - $89,125.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
