The Incoming Rollover Processing Specialist responds to written securities and non-securities correspondence related to Incoming Rollovers for the 401(k) and retirement plan business. You will also assist participants with completing incoming rollovers via written letters, and email correspondence.
What you will do
  • Respond to written securities and non-securities related correspondence for IRC Sections 401(a), 401(k), 403(b), 408, and 457 plans
  • Review and approve/reject rollover requests
  • Follow-up on rollovers that have not been completed
  • Follow-up with internal departments on setting up of Incoming Rollover Approval Services for new and existing plans
  • Work with internal Sales and Operations teams, as well as external companies, to drive successful completion of rollovers
  • Support the Mutual Fund IRA line of business with operational processing that could include return mail, report review, transfers, cash processing, and account maintenance updates

  • Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Highly motivated to succeed and welcomes challenges, detail oriented, ability to learn quickly, and retain information
  • FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire

Base Salary Range
$38,900.00 - $53,450.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
