Senior UI Designer

Qualifications 7 years of hands-on experience in UI design, with a strong focus on digital products and platforms with a strong knowledge of interaction design, user-centered design principles, and usability best practicesA compelling portfolio that highlights your mastery of Figma and demonstrates a deep understanding of design principlesExperience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, leveraging Figma's collaborative features to enhance the design workflowExcellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and provide rationale effectivelyProven experience in fintech web / mobile designFamiliarity with prototyping tools, motion design, and other complementary design softwareDemonstrated success in delivering high-quality UI designs within tight deadlines using Figma
