What We’re Looking For
- 5 years in high-volume, multi-unit culinary or management experience
- Experience in scaling businesses preferred
- Ability to travel as required
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Strong client relationship management experience, with a keen ability to understand client needs and deliver exceptional results
- Highly intuitive, problem-solving nature – able to identify challenges in event planning and create innovative solutions
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, vendor relationships, and event timelines
- A passion for creating memorable experiences and delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience in team management and staff training, particularly in event and catering settings
