Empowered Hospitality is on the lookout for a rockstar District Manager for our fantastic hospitality client located in Boston, MA!
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience managing and leading operations in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands
- Proven experience overseeing large hospitality teams in a multi-unit or multi-department setting
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing managers
- Experience managing inventory and overseeing supply chain ordering
- Hands-on operational mindset with a strong floor presence
- Highly intuitive, problem-solving nature – able to identify operational challenges and implement solutions
- Ability to travel between locations within a city or broad metropolitan area
- A deep passion for coffee and the hospitality industry
