What We’re Looking For
- Proven work experience as a cook in a fine establishment (3-5 years)
- Multi-venue operational experience a significant plus
- Strong knowledge of seasonal menu development and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience training and mentoring staff
- Proven ability to manage food and labor costs while maintaining quality standards
- Experience overseeing vendor relationships and inventory management
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- ServeSafe Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction
