Empowered Staffing is partnered with a globally loved luxury home goods brand, known for its premium-quality pillows, sheets, blankets, and more. Currently, their products are sold on leading eCommerce platforms such as Target.com, Macys.com, Nordstrom, Saks Off Fifth, and more.
As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to drive sales growth and maximize profitability on the Amazon platform. In this role, you will act as the primary owner of the company's Amazon store, developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.
Responsibilities :
Identify high-volume products within the catalog and enhance listings to maximize conversion rates.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance at the SKU level, identifying growth opportunities.
Optimize FBA inventory levels to boost sales while minimizing holding costs.
Create and manage targeted CPC campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align promotions and stimulate incremental business growth.
Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns to maintain positive reviews and uphold the brand’s reputation.
Stay updated on Amazon policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements, communicating changes to internal teams to ensure adherence.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts.
Proven track record of growing sales on Amazon, ideally in competitive categories such as home fashion.
Expert knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including proficiency with the A9 algorithm and search optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Marketing Services, including PPC and Sponsored Products.
Familiarity with both FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) and FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) business models and processes.
